How long does production take?
All items are handmade to order. Standard production is 5–7 business days (Mon–Fri, UK bank holidays excluded).Can production take longer?
Yes. If a product page states bespoke or made‑to‑measure finishing, production can take up to 21 days. All jewellery may also take up to 21 days to produce.Why are there small differences between items?
Because items are handmade, small batch variations in colour, finish or stitching may occur. These are part of the craft process and are not defects. If you believe there is a manufacturing fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can assess and advise next steps. -
UK Mainland delivery
Once production is complete, we ship Next Day Delivery to UK mainland addresses (subject to courier cut‑off times and service availability). You’ll receive tracking by email.International delivery
International orders ship on a standard service. Transit times vary by destination and factors outside our control (e.g., carrier capacity, customs clearance). Any import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.Orders with multiple items
If your order includes items with different production times, we may ship items separately to avoid delays. We’ll notify you if that happens and provide tracking for each parcel. -

What if my item is faulty?
If you suspect a manufacturing defect (any category, including clothing, skincare, cosmetics or jewellery), email support@mozaiquefashion.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos. We will arrange an assessment and provide an outcome (repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate).Can I return if I’ve changed my mind?
Yes—see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details:Clothing: return within 14 days of delivery, unworn with tags and original packaging.
Skincare & Cosmetics: return within 14 days only if unopened and sealed for hygiene reasons.
Jewellery: return within 7 days of delivery; for pierced jewellery, hygiene seals must be unbroken.
How do I start a return?
Email support@mozaiquefashion.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll issue return instructions (and a prepaid label where applicable). Items must be repackaged in their original packaging with all tags, seals and accessories.When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect your return. We always meet statutory timelines (normally within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods back or acceptable proof of posting). Refunds are made to your original payment method. -
