* Your legal 14‑day right to cancel most online purchases still applies and takes priority where applicable.
** For jewellery we operate a 7‑day store policy for change‑of‑mind. This does not limit your statutory 14‑day cancellation right for online purchases (pierced jewellery may be excluded once any hygiene seal is broken).

2) What we accept and when

A. Manufacturer defect / faulty items (all categories)

  • If you believe an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time.

  • We will provide a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and prepaid label where appropriate.

  • On receipt, items are inspected and tested. If confirmed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund(including standard postage), in line with UK consumer law.

B. Change‑of‑mind returns (cooling‑off / unwanted)

  • Clothing: return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Skincare & Cosmetics: return within 14 days only if unopened and still sealed for hygiene reasons.

  • Jewellery: return within 7 days of delivery; pierced jewellery can only be returned if the hygiene seal is unopened.

  • Items must be repackaged in their original packaging, with all accessories, tags, dust bags, hygiene seals and any free gifts included. Missing or damaged packaging may result in a deduction for diminished value.

Statutory cancellation right: For most online purchases you may cancel within 14 days of delivery and then have 14 days to return. Where this right applies and offers a longer period than our store policy (e.g., some jewellery), the lawful 14‑day period prevails.

3) How to return

  1. Email support@mozaiquefashion.com with your order number, item(s) and reason (e.g., faulty, wrong size). Include clear photos if you think the item is defective.

  2. We’ll reply with your RMA and instructions (and a prepaid label where applicable).

  3. Repackage securely in the original packaging and include any accessories, tags and free gifts.

  4. Post the parcel and keep proof of postage. You are responsible for return costs for change‑of‑mind unless we state otherwise in your RMA.

4) Inspections and outcomes for presumed‑faulty items

  • Our team will inspect items reported as faulty. If a manufacturing defect or misdescription is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund (your choice, where available), and we will cover standard return postage.

  • If no fault is found, we will return the item to you and may deduct for any excess handling or wear inconsistent with testing the product.

5) Refunds, exchanges and timelines

  • Refund method: back to your original payment method.

  • Timing: refunds are typically issued within 7–14 working days of us receiving your return. In all cases we will meet the statutory time limits (normally within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods back or acceptable evidence of posting).

  • Delivery fees: for change‑of‑mind we refund the standard outbound delivery cost (not express upgrades). For confirmed faulty items we refund the full price and any reasonable return postage.

  • Exchanges: subject to availability; otherwise we’ll refund and you can place a new order.

6) Packaging, condition and fairness

  • Items must be returned in original packaging (garment bags, boxes, hygiene seals, tags). Please take care when trying on items; avoid make‑up, deodorant or fragrance transfer.

  • We may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item.

  • These rules do not prevent you from returning faulty items.

7) Need help?

Email support@mozaiquefashion.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
